1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using n8n Builder Chrome Extension ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and n8n Builder regarding your use of the Chrome extension and all its features. Learn more about n8n Builder on our homepage.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of n8n Builder after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Usage License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use n8n Builder in accordance with these terms. This license is for personal or commercial use, subject to the restrictions outlined in these Terms of Service. For guidance on proper usage, see our documentation.

You may not: (a) modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Service; (b) rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the license to use the Service; (c) use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law; (d) remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of n8n Builder, you agree to certain responsibilities that are essential to maintaining the integrity and security of our service:

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
  • You must promptly update your information if it changes
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system or network
  • You must not interfere with service to any user, host, or network
  • You must not use automated systems or software to extract data from the website

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

4. Service Limitations

n8n Builder provides different service tiers with specific usage limitations:

  • Free users: Limited to a certain number of workflow generations per month
  • Credit pack users: Usage based on purchased credits
  • Enterprise users: Custom usage limits based on credit packs

These limitations are applied to ensure fair usage of our service. Attempts to circumvent these limitations through multiple sequential requests or other means are prohibited and may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

Additionally, we implement a queue system where paid users receive priority processing over free users. We reserve the right to adjust the queue priority and processing times based on system load and other factors.

n8n Builder may experience occasional downtime for maintenance or due to technical issues. While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.

5. Credits and Billing

n8n Builder operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. You can purchase credit packs with different amounts to use our service. By purchasing credits, you agree to pay the amount indicated for your selected credit pack. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. View our current pricing plans.

Credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges. You only purchase additional credits when you need them.

Refunds for unused credits may be issued at our discretion. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected]. We may request feedback about your experience with n8n Builder when processing refunds.

We reserve the right to change our credit pack pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply to future purchases and will not affect credits already purchased.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by n8n Builder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You retain all rights to the n8n workflows you create using n8n Builder. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your workflow data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. The workflows generated by our AI tools are provided for your use. While you may use these workflows in your own work, we do not guarantee their suitability for all purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated workflows before deploying them in production environments.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notification, such as through an email to the address associated with your account or through a notice on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

If you do not agree with the new terms, you are free to reject them by discontinuing use of n8n Builder. However, continued use will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, n8n Builder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any workflows generated by our AI tools. Any reliance you place on such workflows is strictly at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, n8n Builder expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, as well as any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We make no representations or warranties that the service will meet your requirements, achieve any specific results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, or be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless n8n Builder, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these terms or the service.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) under its Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Berlin, Germany, in English, before a single arbitrator, and the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

You and n8n Builder agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis. Neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If a court determines that the class action waiver in this paragraph is unenforceable as to a particular claim, then that claim must proceed in court and not in arbitration.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect. No waiver by n8n Builder of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
